How and When, do I Pay My Invoice?
Your invoice is due thirty (30) days after receipt.
An interest charge of 1 1/2% monthly will be added on any overdue balance. If not paid in full after 90 days, and you have not contacted us to make other payment arrangements, your account will be shut down and your files will be removed from the server.

How do I use my Web based Email?
In your web browser type: http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail. Enter your username and password, log in, and you'll have access to your email from anywhere in the world

How do I upload my site online?
Uploading your site can be done in many ways, but the most popular is FTP.

When your hosting account was created, you should have been provided with an FTP account. Using a secure FTP program, you can log into your account. Then, using the program like a normal windows program, you can drag and drop files onto your web host. These files become live online instantaneously.

There are other ways to upload your site such as using Cpanel access.

Can I move all my domain names to your Domain Name Service?
Absolutely. You can register, renew and transfer all your domain names through our service and we will watch them for you and make sure that none of them expire, and that they forward to the proper place.
We also offer all the typical domain registration services, for example: Regitry Privacy, Domain Protect etc.etc.

Monthly Billing
If you're on a month to month plan with us, your monthly invoice will be sent out between the 26th and 30th of each month. You may pay by using PayPal or snail mailing us a check in the appropriate amount. Timely paymant is much appreciated.

Are there backups made of all my websites?
Yes, every day ... well, actually at 3am. daily.

Do you offer free website templates?
No. There are many places on the internet where you can get free templates if you need them.Try searching Google for "Free Website Templates". You'll get the latest, greatest available.

If you do not find something you want, simply ask us and we'll build you the website you want. It won't be free ... but it'll be what you want and function the way you expect. You can speak directly to our web designer.

Can I run a Porn site on your servers?
No.
